About Us

The Cove on Indian Point is a resort community located on Table Rock Lake in the Village of Indian Point, near Branson, MO. Each unit in our buildings is owned and operated by individual owners and uses ranging from full-time residents to vacation rental owner/operators. The original 28 buildings were built in 1993 & ’94. In 1997, the covenants were changed to allow time shares. In the late 90s and early 00s, the resort also operated as a property management company for owners using their properties as short-term rentals. With the rise in online travel agencies, the covenants were eventually amended to allow for self management. Since its inception, the board of directors, owners, and resort staff have been working together to continue improving the resort year after year!
