Prospective Owners

We know there are nearly endless options when looking for a property in and around Branson. From condos, townhomes, lake houses, resort communities, the choices are staggering. We believe we have something truly special here at the Cove on Indian Point whether you are looking for a full-time residence, vacation property, or vacation rental. But don’t take our word for it, here is what some of our owners have to say:

“We cannot believe we were lucky enough to come from the great state of Washington to buy at the Cove. After traveling the U.S. working in construction and healthcare, we find ourselves dedicating our free time to mission work. Our Branson condos are sanctuaries to relax and rebuild our spirits. We are especially excited with all the recent changes and improvements.”
– Jeff & Mitzi B.

“My husband and I purchased our first condo at Eagles Nest (now the Cove on Indian Point) in 2015. We loved it so much that we bought a second and made it a family affair! My cousin and aunt and uncle also purchased a unit. I look forward to being part of the future here, and am very impressed with the vision of the board. I am eager to see all the positive improvements to come!”
– Pam A.

“My wife and I purchased our condo in August of 2022, and it did not take long for us to fall in love with this resort! We love sitting out on our deck in the evening and watching the sun set behind the Ozark Mountains and Table Rock Lake. Our condo has quickly become our ‘happy place’ and our guests have told us the same. We look forward to buying another unit here soon!”
– Jon R.
