Resort Staff

Board of Directors

The resort is operated by a volunteer board of directors elected by owners. Each individual condo unit is allotted a single vote. Board elections are held each May, and members serve a 3-year term.

Susan Halfacre

President
Term Expires: 2026

Susan draws from her entrepreneurial background, experience in HR and marketing, and driven nature to keep the board on-task, continually moving forward, and maintaining consistent, clear, and dedicated communication to our owners and other partners.

Ashley Cole

Treasurer
Term Expires: 2024

As Treasurer, Ashley plays a key role in ensuring the resort is on firm financial footing.  Her experience in accounting and finance is key when it comes to reviewing the resort’s finances, working with bookkeeping staff, evaluating expenses, and developing budgets and other financial documents.

Megan Zimmerman

Secretary
Term Expires: 2025

As Secretary, Megan’s keen eye for detail ensures that all official board business is accurately recorded and reported.  Additionally, Megan’s experience in property management and entrepreneurship give her a logical and direct approach to problems, which has been very beneficial for the resort.

Andy Helm

Director
Term Expires 2025

Andy’s construction skills and knowledge help keep the resort’s many maintenance and construction projects running on schedule and on budget.  You’ve likely seen him crawling under buildings and working with our maintenance staff to ensure all of the resort’s maintenance needs are taken care of.

Andy Drennen

Director

Andy’s background in personal finance and wealth management is a major asset to the board.  His experience in leadership roles, past volunteer positions, personal finance, and wealth management allows him to work through problems from multiple angles, and he often brings a new perspective to resort matters.

Jon Roberts

Director
Term Expires 2026

Jon utilizes his experience in urban planning and economic development to develop and manage long-term projects and initiatives for the resort. Discretion is the name of the game during the initial phases of some projects, but he looks forward to providing regular updates on projects as they progress towards completion.


Staff

Day-to-day operations of the resort are handled by our best-in-class dedicated staff. The board recently developed a new management structure for the resort, and not all positions have been filled. Keep an eye out for staffing updates!

The board is working to develop the job description for the Property Manager position and hopes to fill the position in the coming months.

Owner Services

This board has developed a job description for this position and is working on other key projects before filling the position. This will be a part-time position in charge of working directly with owners, resort staff, and the board to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Troy Golden

Maintenance Supervisor

Troy’s vast maintenance experience and background in the Marine Corps make him an ideal leader of our resort’s maintenance staff. Troy quickly impressed the board and other resort staff after his initial hiring, and he continues tackle the day-to-day needs of the resort with enthusiasm, determination, and efficiency. Brad “Cowboy” Fields

Maintenance Tech

Brad’s experience as a maintenance staff in the area give him a unique understanding of what needs to be done to ensure smooth operations at Branson resorts. On weekends, Brad enjoys taking part in the rodeo!

Resort Staff

The resort currently employs two full-time staff on its maintenance team and contracts with a part-time bookkeeper. The board is constantly evaluating the resort’s needs and has developed additional job descriptions for future hires. As we continue to work towards our staffing goal, additional staff members will be listed on this page.

Jason Johnson, Maintenance Tech

Jason Johnson has more than 7 years experience as a maintenance supervisor at two of Branson’s largest hotels giving him a unique understanding of what needs to be done to ensure smooth operations at Branson resorts. Additionally, Jason is a certified pool operator and will take lead with Troy to manage our pool and hot tub during the summer. Make sure to thank Jason for everything he does around the resort!
