Hello fellow Cove owners! My name is Andy Helm. I have been serving on the board since mid-2020. My wife and I own 4-5 at The Cove and have vacation rentals in South Carolina, Alabama and Florida.  We live in Wisconsin.  It can be very cold, but I like the seasons.

I hold an Associates degree in Environmental Science and worked for local municipal governments in water departments for over 15 years before starting our rental/renovation business.  My wife and I flipped our 30th property this year, which is currently on the market.  Some flips we have kept as long term and vacation rentals.

I am a pilot and working towards my instrument rating.  I plan to be a flight instructor in the near future.  My wife and I love to travel in our plane going to new destinations and experiencing new adventures!

We are expecting our 1st baby in September!  We also have a 14 year-old rescue hound dog that travels and remodels most homes with us!  He was diagnosed with lymphoma 6 years ago, so I’m proud to say he has been cancer free for almost 5 years!

The Board of Directors has been through many changes over the last year, and I believe good things are to come. I enjoy the challenge and seeing the progress of change at the resort. We have a very motivated and dedicated Board of Directors, and we are all excited as a Board to keep moving in a positive direction.  There will be some set-backs along the way but always remember- the wheels of progress turn slowly!
